Egg Spread
Ingredients
4 eggs
3-4 Tbsp Mayonnaise
3- 4 Tbsp Cream (Puck)
1 Tbsp Mustard Sauce
2 Spring Onions
1-2 Tsp Parsley
To Taste Salt and Pepper
Method
Boil Eggs and mash them.
Add Mayonnaise, cream, mustard sauce, spring onion and parsley. Season with salt and pepper
Refrigerate in an airtight container.
Green Chutney
Ingredients
Chopped Coriander
Mint Leaves
Green Chilli
Garlic
Salt
Method
In a blender, blend equal quantity of coriander, mint leaves, green chilli according to your taste and add few garlic cloves and season to taste.
Add few drops of water to blend it but not more.
Refrigerate in an airtight container.
Red Sauce
Ingredients
Tomato Ketchup
Chilli Sauce
Barbecue Sauce
Method
Mix all sauces in equal containers or as per taste. Refrigerate in an airtight container.
Sandwich Preparation
You will need a large loaf of bread cut vertically, bought a day earlier. Cut off the edges and with a rolling pin flatten it. Start with ketchup on the extreme right, then the egg spread in the centre, then green chutney at the extreme left.
Now roll like a Swiss roll nicely and wrap it tightly with plastic. Store it in the refrigerator for at least an hour before you cut it into required size. I usually make them a day before I need them.
